*Setup fee includes photography and videography on site. All footage and pictures belong to the restaurant. Setup fee must be paid prior to our team coming to your location. Setup fee also includes profile creation if there's no existing profiles, or if we can't get access to existing profiles.

A true Social Media Management
When we say social media management, we don't mean just posting. We literally log in every day on your account, like other posts, follow other accounts, share relavant posts from local pages, add to story, etc.
White Glove Approach on Social Media Management
We'll take care of everything on your behalf, from account creation (if you don't have social media profiles), to content creation, and of course, the posting. Everything will be done-for-you, so you don't have to lift a finger.
Photoshoot in your restaurant
We'll set up a day and time that works for you so we can come in for at least two hours, or longer if need be, to take pictures and videos of your restaurant, and of course, your yummy food! This would work for US and Canada based restaurants only at this time.
Facebook & Instagram management for restaurants
Facebook is still dominant when it comes to social media, with billions of users worldwide. It's the most popular social media among people over the age of 30, and believe it or not, it's still popular even with the lower age group. Most restaurants neglect posting on Facebook, and that's most definitely a mistake. It's another free platform for you to get your message out there.
And of course, Facebook's dominance doesn't stop with Facebook. Meta (the parent company of Facebook) also owns Instagram, so it's just as important to use it to showcase your yummy food to the world.
Social media profile creation
If you don't have your Facebook and Instagram profiles set up, or if you don't have access to them, we'll create the new profiles on your behalf. Of course that they'll be yours should we stop working together.
No Contracts - we hate them
If you decide to have RESO360 do your Facebook and Instagram social media management for your restaurant, rest assured that you won't be locked in any contracts. We hate contracts, so we won't make you sign one. You're free to leave us whenever you'd like, we just ask that you give us 15 days notice in advance as a show of good faith.
Content creation - we'll handle it for you
Our USA-based team of content creators will work tirelessly to make sure you're satisfied with the content we're posting. You can always give feedback on the content as we go.
